Issues

I really think I have a problem! Everyday I wake up and think today is going to be the day I truely do this then by the end of the day I've failed.....I can't even keep up a program for a week! Been looking seriously at surgery, but if the insurance doens't cover it there's no way I can pay for it.....Like $25,000.....wow! Never realized how expensive it is!

The Weekend Sucked

Well, I totally blew everything this weekend. I didn't get in my workouts and ate unhealthy! I just got off the phone with a friend who is over weight and she is going to do the gastric bypass surgery. I just can't take that route...I've gotta get myself together and lose weight. I have to stick to this. I am going to try again tomorrow to get back on the right path.

Day 3

Well, today wasn't a work out day, but I still did good with what I ate. I found some light bread that is like 1/2 the calories so it makes my sandwiches less calories. I also tried out those 100 calorie packages of chips, which are nice because they're pre packaged, so I don't have to worry about overdoing it!

Day 2 Evening

Let's see I made spaghetti and garlic bread for dinner. I had only one slice of the garlic bread. Right after dinner I brushed my teeth, so I wouldn't be tempted to snack. I already made my lunch for tomorrow so I should be able to stick it out another day. I work tomorrow, so no work out...yea...I hate working out, if that's what you want to call what I do!

Thanks for the words Vania! I figure if a lot of people know what I'm doing that can only help make me want to be successful!

Day 2

Well, so far so good. Once again, I had 2 pieces of toast with butter, a slice of fat free cheese and 3 slices of thin turkey for breakfast and a glass of water. I got on the Elliptical for 10 minutes, did 100 setups and did 2 reps of 10 of 3 different upper body free weights. For lunch I had a FF Bologna and Cheese Sandwich with mustard and some FF pringles with a Diet DP. I had a Sugar Free Fudgecicle for a sanck this afternoon.

Day 1 End of Day

Well, I made it through one day. I had a frozen Southbeach Pepperoni Pizza for lunch with a Diet Dr. Pepper. After doing some running around I had a Sugar Free popcicle. For dinner I had mashed potatoes, green beans, meatballs with gravy and a diet DP. Not the healthiest meal, but I ate smart. I didn't over due it. I've already brushed my teath, so that's it for the night. See ya tomorrow.
