Another Day

Well, according to my scale I'm down to 281.5 as of this morning with clothes. I've been doing pretty good. The eating is just so hard mentally. Knowing I can only have things that are smushed up! I want a burger or a pizza! I know with time this will go away. Healing pretty good. Still a little soar. My back is hurting more than anything but that seems to be letting up too. Will follow up again soon
