Let's see I made spaghetti and garlic bread for dinner. I had only one slice of the garlic bread. Right after dinner I brushed my teeth, so I wouldn't be tempted to snack. I already made my lunch for tomorrow so I should be able to stick it out another day. I work tomorrow, so no work out...yea...I hate working out, if that's what you want to call what I do!
Thanks for the words Vania! I figure if a lot of people know what I'm doing that can only help make me want to be successful!

I really hope you are successful! Are you following a particular diet or something? If you are just trying to generally cut down on on crappy food, then what you are eating should be a little more balanced? like some fruit and veges? ...
