Day 2

Breakfast-About 3/4 of a slimfast,didn't have enough powder for a full 8oz.
Lunch-1 stick of cheese, 4 slices of think turkey, mustard
Dinner-

Ran 3/4 mile at incline 3,4,5
Walk 3/4 mile at incline 5, 6.5, 8
Ellipticle 1/2 mile incline 15 rate 4
Did upper body weights

So far so good, 36 hours without snacking. Tonight we are going to Chuck E Cheese tonight for Athena's birthday, not sure what I will eat, can't take a frozen meal with me!

SALAD- Chucky used to have a good salad bar, not anymore?
