Slacking

Wow, it's been almost a month since I posted. I'm stressing a little over my weight. I'm at 147.2 which is fine b/c I always said between 140-150 I'd be OK, but I have this dress that is a small and boy is it small. I need to drop about 8lbs for it to fit and look nice. It's one of those fitted ones which makes it even tighter. Have to get my snacking under control. So far today I've done good:

Breakfast-slimfast
Lunch-4 think slices of turkey, 1 stick of cheese, mustard
Dinner-Lean Cuisine Chicken Terrki with veggies

Snacks/Bites/Nibbles-Nadda but man is it hard

Ran 3/4 mile at incline 3,4,5
Walked 3/4 mile at incline 5/6.5/8
Did 1/2 mile on the ellipticle at incline 15 and intensity 6
Did lower body weights & 200 sit-ups (OMG my stomach hurts)

Will see how the rest of the day pans out. We have a baseball game at 6 which means dinner will be fast food...lovely.

I've been struggling a bit myself lately and trying to get back on the wagon. Though down about 109 pounds since surgery in April of
'08, I am still above 200 lbs and it is ticking me off!
Good luck with those eight pounds. You look great and I know you can do it!
