Whey Liquid Protein

Do you guys know anything about this stuff? It looks too good to be true! I get maybe 30g of protein a day which I know is way way bad, but I don't eat meat and I don't like protein shakes. I'm thinking if I did one of these a day it'd bump me to close to where I should be, plus it might help me with those last few pounds! I'd love feedback and opinions from anyone before I go spend $40 on this stuff!

Worked out today, OMG, I walked/ran at a 5 incline, what a difference from the 3 incline! Thought I was gonna die! Also did the ellipticle and weights......getting nice and buff under all this flab! LOL

I don't know about whey liquid protein, but you should keep trying the protein shakes! Even protein bars. OMG, they have one at the OWLO office that tastes just like a candy bar, I love it. What about eggs, and nuts and stuff? And if it's just the taste of the protein shakes, I know a trick....add a tablespoon of sugar free pudding mix, it makes ALL the difference! Cheesecake is my favorite! Also, you can find something called Beneprotein, it's a tasteless powder that you can add to just about anything. It's like Benefiber. I was told you could get it at WalMart, but I haven't seen it there. They sell it in the office for 13 dollars, it's about the size of a can of formula powder, so it seems like it would last awhile. Something to look into? Hope this helps a little bit.

I have tried the liquid whey protein vials. They are very sweet and I can't drink them without putting it into a shake or adding juice to water it down.
Thanks for checking out my site, I am feeling much better and my starting weight was 308.

Not sure which kind of liquid whey protein you are referring to. The bullets (or vials) are okay but you need to water them down. Liquids like ProStat are just disgusting.

Like MO said, go the bar route! Just find one that you like.
